What is recycled gold?
Gold recycling is the recovery of precious metals from alloyed material. This means that the exact precious metal content is carefully determined, and the gold it contains is separated from other precious metals in a special process in an environmentally friendly manner. Here we are working with a traditional German company that takes sustainability and recycling just as seriously as we do.
Where and how is the jewelry from the CF Atelier made?
We are happy to say that all of our jewelry is made in our in-house CF Atelier workshop. We are a family business and the whole process, from the first idea to the final production, happens in our studio.
Exclusively our chains (not the pendants) are bought in. There, too, we work with a small company that operates sustainably and locally.
Our team consists of highly qualified goldsmiths, all of whom have learned the craft of goldsmithing through years of education and training.
Can I order the jewelry in a different material?
Depending on the model, the jewelry is also available in 925 sterling silver or (white) gold. If this is not shown as a selection option on the product page, please contact us. We will do our best to make the jewelry according to your ideas.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Can I have a piece of jewelry made to my specifications?
We will be happy to discuss your requirements with you and, based on this, produce a drawing for you without obligation.
What do I do if my ordered ring does not fit me?
If you have ordered a ring from the CF Atelier Shop and it does not fit you, we will be happy to change it. We offer this free of charge if the deviation is within plus/minus two ring sizes. If there is a major discrepancy, please feel free to contact us and we will provide you with an estimate.
In both cases, you must pay the shipping costs.
Is it possible to have the jewelry made in other sizes?
In general, this is possible with all pieces. You are welcome to contact us and we will clarify the details with you. Feel free to email us at shop@cf.pifati.han-solo.net.
Can I have my ring engraved?
Of course! Please send us an e-mail including your order number and the desired engraving. We will contact you as soon as possible.
What do I do with my old jewelry?
The core competence of CF Atelier is the sustainable and responsible use of precious materials. Therefore, we are happy to customize your piece of jewelry to you. Email us at shop@cf.pifati.han-solo.net with a photo of your jewelry. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
What happens when a piece of jewelry is damaged? Do you offer repairs?
